About Me

I know what it feels like when life changes in ways you never saw coming.

For many years, I worked as a Marketing Manager in a multinational company, a career I genuinely enjoyed. I was also a Mum to our four year old twins, and life was happy and busy in all the ways family life usually is.

Then my husband, Eugene, was diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease.

And life changed forever.

In the time that followed, I was learning how to live with the loss of the person I loved, while doing my best to be there for our two young children and gently finding our way through a future none of us had expected.

Slowly, I began to find my own way forward.

Not by forgetting what had happened or simply “moving on”, but by learning how to live alongside my experiences and discovering that, even after the most difficult times, it is possible to build a meaningful life again.

Coaching became an important part of that journey.

It gave me the space to reconnect with myself, rebuild my confidence and begin imagining a future that looked very different from the one I had planned.

Eventually, I trained as a Life Coach and started my own practice - one of the best decisions I've ever made. Since then, I've also qualified as a Grief Coach and Parent Coach.

What I learned along the way

I learned something important about resilience.

Resilient people aren't simply born strong. They learn how to support themselves when life gets tough.

They develop tools. They learn new ways of thinking. And they discover how to steady themselves, adapt to change and keep moving forward, even when life doesn't go according to plan.

Those are skills. And they can be learned.

I also discovered the concept of post-traumatic growth - the possibility that while we would never choose the difficult experiences we go through, we can sometimes grow through them.

Sometimes we can discover strengths we didn't know we had. Gain a different perspective. Become clearer about what really matters. And begin to see new meaning and possibilities for the future.

These ideas now form an important part of my coaching.

Why do I do this work?

Because I know what it feels like to ask:

What now?

Maybe life has changed. Maybe you're feeling stuck. Maybe you're facing a challenge or simply know that something needs to be different.

My role is to give you the space, support and tools to explore what you want, reconnect with your strengths and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Because even when life doesn't turn out the way we planned, there can still be meaning, growth and hope ahead.

Whatever has brought you here, I'm glad you're here.

And if you're ready to explore what might be possible next, I'd love to support you.

If you're ready for change, let's take the first step together.
