One on One Personalised Coaching: (1 hour @ β¬100)
I will help you develop insights and a greater understanding of how your grief is showing up and how to support yourself as you navigate your loss. I will help you integrate tools and strategies to help build your self trust and confidence, with a strong focus on learning to advocate for your own needs.
Each coaching session is conducted via Zoom, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own home. The number of sessions depends on your goals and the pace it takes to create meaningful change and is entirely up to you. A minimum of 6 session is recommended and these can take place weekly or every second week to maintain consistency and momentum.

Grief & Loss: Clarity Session: (1 hour 30 minutes @ β¬150)
This one off session offers a safe and compassionate space to get support with any questions or issues that you may be having around your grief or advice about how to best support family members (e.g. your child, spouse, etc).
I will help you understand how the grief is showing up and give you practical tools and strategies to support yourself and build the confidence to advocate for your own needs.
Suitable for: The loss of a loved one and the associated secondary losses. Other losses such as:
Fertility struggles, Relationship ending, Midlife changes (empty nest), Retirement/ redundancy or if you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed and not sure what is next for you.
